Dusit Zoo in Bangkok

Dusit zoo is also known as Khao Din and is considered one of the best zoo parks in Bangkok. Every year thousands of tourists visit it for its amazing landscapes and rare animals. The zoo also includes an animal hospital, a museum, a sightseeing train and a canteen. The zoo has many kinds of animals domestic and international like the white Bengal tigers and the albino barking deer. Dusit zoo is also considered the first zoo to open in Thailand that opened from 60 years in the middle of Bangkok’s administrative centre and near the Anata Samakhom hall. The zoo is also about 188, 800sqm and is famous for having various species of animals like tigers, alligators, monkeys, hippopotamus and lions. Moreover, there are very rare species like camels, penguins, kangaroos and wallabies! Some other international animals come from Africa like giraffes, zebras, reptiles, hawks, elephants and ostriches. Not only that but also the view at the lake of the zoo is not to be missed, it is very picturesque and fun as you can experience boat peddling and also feed fish. There is also a good place to stop and eat lunch where you can try local delicious food and if you don’t like Asian food, don’t worry 7-eleven and KFC are there too!
